Daniel Benjamin "Dan" Maffei (, ; born July 4, 1968) is an American politician who was the United States Representative for from 2013 to 2015.〔 Maffei previously served as the U.S. Representative for from 2009 to 2011. On November 6, 2012, Maffei defeated incumbent 25th District Republican Ann Marie Buerkle in the race for the redistricted 24th, avenging his 2010 loss.
